Cowan Bay Oysters has been operating since 2015. Upper Mahurangi Harbour oyster farmer Phil Morris bought the regenerative farming practice when he was wanting to change careers from working as a Chief Officer on super yachts overseas to making a living on the ocean in New Zealand where he was born - in a way that did something good for the environment. It didn't take long for him to realise the ecological benefits of oyster agriculture were numerous and Cowan Bay Oysters quickly became Phil’s passion. His aim has always been to provide you with the freshest and tastiest wild caught pacific oysters delivered to your doorstep from the natural surroundings of the farm.
